In 1922, Emily Post published the book of “Etiquette in Society, in Business, in Politics, and at Home.” It covered topics such as social rules and conduct for men and women. When released, the book became an instant best seller, and years later, no book (or online report) has covered the etiquette of sex: the rules and standards men and women should conduct while in the bedroom. No one until now.

Make Yourself Desirable: During long-term relationships, couples tend to “let themselves go,” neglecting common hygiene and health practices. They neglect shaving, forgo exercise, gain weight and avoid showering. You may not notice these habits, but your partner will. Make yourself desirable so that your partner can share the common interest.
Learn To Say No. Sexual Blackmail—the explicit desire to withhold love or threaten your partner into performing certain acts—is unacceptable. Say no from time to time. Don’t feel like having sex? Say no. Don’t want to perform oral sex? Say no. Exercise the right to say no from time to time.
Thank You. Common courtesy still applies to sex and the words “thank you” can go a long way. You don’t need to say the words, but you can perform other sexually pleasing acts to express your gratitude.
Describe Your Needs and Wants. Tell your partner of your desires to understand how he or she can pleasure you. Failure to express these views will leave you unsatisfied. No matter how kinky your desires, let your partners know.
